Is Gen Z changing the workplace through manifestation?

When scrolling through TikTok and articles, Gen Z (those born between 1997-2012) are often perceived by Millennials - Boomers as a demanding generation that "wants it all" (BBC) and whose ideal workplace is as realistic as Barbie's dream house.

But, we are seeing a huge shift in employee perks and offerings. Changes that Boomers would have screamed for, like flexible hours, duvet days and a better coffee machine are starting to be accepted and celebrated. Could this be thanks to Gen Z as workplaces aim to attract young talent?

To help find out, I want to hear from Gen Z about what they really want, and whether workplaces are listening to your wishes.

If you are 25 or under, and are currently in or interested in working in Advertising, Marketing or PR, please fill out this quick survey:

Is Gen Z manifesting a new workplace?

If you’re not that age (like 1996 me), please forward it to your Gen Z friends, family and colleagues.
